The engineering step is where things get exciting. Our technical team works with you or your team to understand the specifics of your line. How fast does your line move? Is it continuous, or stop and go? What conveyors are you using? Will you need a
distribution system, to fill multiple containers at once?
During the engineering step, you will share with us the dimensions of your line, your existing equipment, and your containers. Knowing the exact dimensions of the container you are filling will ensure you can get the right machine, that will integrate with your system and give you the efficiency and cleanliness that Multi-Fill is known for.
This phase is usually the longest phase in the process, because everyone is working hard to get things right. You will review drawings, renderings, and equipment layout plans in order to ensure you have the solution that fits your space.
Our engineers have experience working and communicating with all levels of companies, from large multi-national operations to small, single factory startups. You can be assured that you can finish this step with confidence, knowing that your product is going to look, feel, and especially taste its best.
