The MPFMP-060 volumetric filler is ideally suited for lower-speed production lines, research and development labs, and pilot plant operations. The product is loaded onto the top pan and manually fed to the filling tube by an operator.

MPFSH-075 Volumetric Filler

MPFSH-075

Up to 60-75 containers per minute

Can be upgraded to a MPFSC-120 for increased speed and/or different products at a later date.
The MPFSH-075 is recommended for applications where more automatic product feeding is required. It is suitable for lower speeds, easier (looser) products, and smaller fill weights.

Up to 120 containers per minute depending on volume to fill and line configuration

The MPFSC-120 is recommended where not only more automatic feeding of the product is required but the capability of higher speeds, stickier products or larger volumes are needed.

Volumetric Filling Machine

Patented Distribution Systems

Our distribution systems are designed to meet the challenge of depositing product doses into various line configurations. We can integrate with your specific line layout, including multi-lane conveying systems or vertical pouch machines. Think of it as the missing link between our filling machine and your container conveying equipment.


Your products are distributed from one filling head into multiple locations (e.g. 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 9 containers). As your product is placed cleanly into the containers, seal contamination and re-work are minimized.


These patented systems are customized for you and replace hand-dosing of your product into multiple container rows.


The distribution systems can be used in combination with our volumetric fillers or other portioning systems such as vibrator feeders, multi-head scales, rotary pocket fillers, or counting machines.

Batch Feeding Hopper

The batch-feeding hopper provides bulk-feeding capacity while metering the product into an MPFSH-075 or MPFSC-120 filling machine. The batch-feeding hopper can be mounted on its own base or directly to the base of the filling machine. It can be fed by a vertical post dumper, conveyor, or chute from a second floor or platform (not supplied by Multi-Fill).

Parts Cart

Reduce the risk of contaminated, damaged, and lost parts with a parts cart. Recommended for each filler, the parts cart holds parts during changeover or cleaning. The cart is made of stainless steel and is mounted on casters. An optional locking toolbox can be added to the cart.
